We’re going where no legends have gone before. It’s our first event in Arizona!

After 7 FLoP events in Nevada and Utah, it’s time to journey down the Mother Road and welcome you to our 8th event, at the Ellsworth Hotel in Williams, AZ, just outside of the Grand Canyon, on historic US Route 66.

Just like all our previous years, we’ve bought out the whole hotel again. We know our community appreciates the party friendly atmosphere and intimacy a buyout brings, and FLoP is happy to deliver!

Best of all, FLoP is free to attend, with no registration required. Once your room is purchased you’re free to enjoy all the amenities available at FLoP for your whole group. Two night packages start at $220 all-in for a standard king room.

All of our room packages are for 2 nights letting you enjoy the whole weekend. In addition to our standard rooms, we have a few larger rooms available for upgrade. These rooms are located in the corners of the hotel offering extra space for those looking to stretch out! To upgrade to these rooms, reach out to us after booking. We also have limited ADA accessible rooms available for guests with extra needs, reach out to us after booking to be assigned to those rooms.

This year we do not offer 1 night packages, food credits or room deposits. All two night packages must be paid for in full to reserve the spot.

Unlike other furry events, FLoP is free to attend for all furries! We fund our events by buying out entire hotels and fractioning off the cost to furries who buy hotel rooms. While this is where a large majority of our revenue comes from, we want to keep room costs low for our attendees. So to fill the gap and cover other incidental expenses, we are offering you the ability to directly sponsor our event!

We started FLoP years ago on a principle that furries shouldn't need to pay money just to hang out. Today, we still hold that principle. No cover charge, no waiting in line at reg. Just hanging out with friends in cool places. No more "oh uh I don't have enough money", just get there and meet furries. FLoP is now one of the largest free to attend hotel furry events.

What is FLoP?

Furry Legends of Paradise is a furry social event where we buyout hotels and have fun! The events are free to attend and are fursuit friendly!

What does Legends of Paradise mean?

We just wanted to be silly :) At times we may refer to our attendees as Legends.

How is the event free?

We put the cost to buy out the venue into the price of the hotel room. Our Sponsors help us afford the rest! You don’t need to get a hotel room, or sponsor the event to join us!

Can I attend without buying a hotel room?

Absolutely! You will be able to meet up with other furries for various outdoor activities without having to make a payment. You’re also able to attend room parties and fursuit around the property without booking a hotel room. Parking is free!

I can’t make it anymore! What is the cancellation policy?

For hotel rooms, we will attempt to find someone else to fill your room. If we are successful, we can return your payment in full! Rooms are also fully transferable to any furry!!

For sponsorships, they are entirely non-refundable, but totally transferable!

Currently the only way to obtain current year FLoP merchandise is through obtaining sponsor tiers.

What do you do with leftover FLoP merchandise?

We may sell excess FLoP merchandise in whatever sizes remain at future events. There is currently no online shop. We may also give away FLoP merch to people who host awesome parties or help us out running the event.

I want to help out with the event! What can I do?

If you wish to help out financially, consider becoming a sponsor! If you want to work with our event, reach out to us at any event in the Las Vegas area, and we’ll definitely find a way you can help.

What’s your policy on attendees under 18?

Events taking place outside of Las Vegas, including Utah, Tonopah, and Arizona: We require all furries at the event to be at least 18 years old.

Events taking place in Las Vegas: All-ages areas will be available, such as our Dealers Den. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the hotel room corridor. You must be at least 21 years of age to book a hotel room or drink alcohol.

About FLoP

The Furry Legends of Paradise, or FLoP, is a furry social event that takes place multiple times a year, hosted by the furries of Las Vegas. Unlike most other furry conventions, we don't usually offer panels or host events in big grand ballrooms. We buy out smaller hotels and focus on bringing furries together in fun locations. If that's just hanging out by the pool, or exploring a new part of our state, FLoP is all about creating moments with furries, with no money needed to join in. We've found out that buying out an entire small hotel is cheaper than renting out a bar or nightclub, and it's way more fun than just a typical park meet! To get to know us, and our culture, let us share with you our core values:

Affordability

We will never let financials deter you from our event. We will always allow you to enjoy our event regardless of how much you pay. If our event grows to the point where we require registration, there will always be a free tier. It is very important to us that we price our events at the lowest price we can to ensure we never exclude anyone.

Overwhelming inclusivity

We welcome all furries, regardless of your gender, sexuality, race, or however you identify. We do not welcome those who harm others, those who steal, or those who wish to ruin the enjoyment of others. It is never okay to make someone else uncomfortable. We're all furries. Let's be party animals!

Respect to our community

The Las Vegas furry community, and the furry fandom as a whole is full of artisans from all backgrounds and age ranges. While our community is primarily adults, and Las Vegas is usually considered a playground for adults, it would be very ignorant to say there is no need for an all-ages space in our community. We think there should be a space for everyone in community, excluding people is not cool. We will always strive to make a space available to all age ranges in the Las Vegas area. With respect to this, adult areas, such as room parties, are always for furries over the age of 18, and alcohol consumption is restricted to those who are over 21.

June 16 to 18, 2023 FLoP 2023, Beaver, UT
Our first event in Beaver, UT was at the Best Western Butch Cassidy Inn. We sold out the hotel with over 30 hotel rooms and had around 100 furries come out and join us! The room parties were so bumping, the neighbors next to the hotel called in a complaint! Didn't expect that!
March 1 to 3, 2024 FLoP Spring 2024, Mount Charleston, NV
Our second event was on Mount Charleston, just outside of Las Vegas at the Retreat on Charleston Peak. We doubled the number of rooms compared to our last hotel while having over 200 furries experience being snowed in on a mountain. Despite having power issues during the snow storm, we still partied all night! Many furries loved the blackout!
August 2 to 4, 2024 FLoP Summer 2024, St. George, UT
Our third event was in St. George, UT just outside of Zion National Park at the Comfort Inn Saint George North. We sold out our hotel over a month before the event! Everyone loved being close to Costco, Texas Roadhouse and the beautiful scenery of southern Utah. There was provolone, there was a baptism, and there was skinny dipping.
March 14 to 16, 2025 FLoP Vegas 2025, Mount Charleston, NV
Our fourth event was back on Mount Charleston! We had over 250 furries come up the mountain that weekend. We had 10 artists in our dealers den, long waits at the restaurant, and popular room parties featuring morning coffee and a "gender neutral bathroom".
June 13 to 15, 2025 FLoP Utah 2025, St. George, UT
Our third event in Utah, and our fifth event overall took us back to the Comfort Inn Saint George North. Parties went crazy, furries kept skinny dipping in the pool, and we even had a couple inflatables hanging out by the pool as well uwu
October 10 to 12, 2025 FLoP Clown 2025, Tonopah, NV
Alright this had to be our silliest event. When we started talking with the Clown Motel in Tonopah, right in the middle of Nevada, they were so excited to host us. Furries painted faces, hosted karaoke parties, all during a cool autumn night next to the haunted cemetery. I think everyone made it out alive...
February 6 to 8, 2026 FLoP Vegas 2026, Mount Charleston, NV
The Retreat had us back for a third year! No snow this year, but that didn't ruin our fun! Over 200 furries joined us on top of Mount Charleston to cool off before summer hit. NONSTOPPUP was a hit in our DJ lineup and everyone loved our cozy dealers area!

John Flop is a Beaver from Beaver, Utah! He moved to Las Vegas from Utah in hopes to have more social opportunity! He is the founder of FLoP!

Floppy is a fish. Not just any fish, but a Lahontan cutthroat trout, the state fish of Nevada. You might not think a fish would call Nevada home, but Floppy loves his home and all the friends he's made!
