Get a Room

The clown motel has a couple different room types, including some themed rooms. Room prices are all in for 2 nights and include all taxes and fees. New for this FLoP, you can reserve standard with just a $50 deposit without having to put the full amount up front! Full payment is due by October 7th, 2025, 3 days before the event.

Reservation How-To

This event we'll be using the room selection feature for the suites and themed rooms with our reservation software, Conspace!
After you register for the event as either a free tier or a sponsor, you'll be able to select your exact room number or themed room!

You can use most major credit and debit cards to complete the checkout process. The full payment for the room is due immediately. Once we receive your payment, your name will be added to a spreadsheet that will later be sent to the hotel.

While your reservation has been paid in full, you'll still need to show ID and a payment card to secure incidentals.

For this event we're going to be offering our attendees the ability to secure a room for just a $50 deposit. This deposit ensures you get a spot and lets you pay for the remainging $225 anytime before October 3rd, 2025. The deposit is only refundable should we find someone to take your spot after cancellation. Lastly, deposits are only available for double queen rooms. Themed room and clown suites must be paid in full up front.
